Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Baji55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with specific terms that must be followed. The rules and conditions governing bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — applicable once per person/device/IP address.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• The maximum withdrawable winnings from a bonus will be specified in the terms of that particular bonus.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be stacked simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the terms.
• Baji55 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if fraudulent activity is detected.

Betting Rules

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all betting activity on baji55 and cover all betting markets.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except via live betting cashout.
• Baji55 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect odds or a technical error.
• Wait for the confirmed lineup of both teams to be announced before placing your bets.
• Single, Accumulator/Multiple, and System bets are all accepted.
• Minimum bet: ৳100; maximum bet varies by market — please follow the limits displayed on the platform.

Match Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded to your account.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, baji55 will use official sources to determine the result.
• Baji55 is not liable for feed delays or connection issues during live betting.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji55 platform. Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in permanent account closure.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, false information, or any other method to exploit bonus offers.
• Attempting to profit risk-free through arbitrage betting or by exploiting differences in odds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Stealing or fraudulently using another user's information.

If any of the above activities are involved, baji55 will investigate and, where necessary, report the matter to law enforcement. In such cases, the account balance may be fully forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure

Baji55 may suspend or permanently close an account — with or without notice — in the following circumstances:

• For any breach of any part of the Terms and Conditions.
• If the documents required for KYC verification are not provided.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If suspicious or unusual betting activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance remains after account closure, it will be refunded once the investigation is complete and no violations are found. To dispute an account closure, please contact our support team.

Responsible Gaming
